Terms of Service
Effective 2026-07-21. Written in plain language to accurately describe what this specific system does ; not a lawyer-drafted document, and not legal advice.
The short version
.bOne is a free tool, built and maintained by one person (Bench) for the DayZ community. Use it in good faith, don't try to break it, and don't use it to hurt other people. Everything below is that idea spelled out in more detail.
Accepting these terms
By adding .bOne to a Discord server, using its commands, or logging into the admin dashboard, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you're adding the bot to a server on behalf of a community, you're confirming you have the authority to do that.
Who can use this
You need to meet Discord's own age requirement (13+) to use Discord at all, and therefore to use this bot. DayZ itself is rated for mature audiences; this isn't a kids' product.
Acceptable use
Don't use the bot or dashboard to harass, threaten, or dox anyone. Don't attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the system. Don't submit false reports to the global watchlist, or use it to settle personal grudges rather than report genuine bad behavior. Server admins are responsible for how their own admins configure and use the bot on their server.
Server credentials you provide
If your server's admins connect a Nitrado token or FTP credentials, you're responsible for that credential's own permissions and for revoking it if it's ever compromised; the bot only does what those credentials allow it to do on your behalf, at your direction.
Self-reported data isn't verified
Gamertag links, player reports, and anything else typed into the bot by a player or admin are exactly that: self-reported. We don't independently verify any of it, and it shouldn't be treated as verified fact, including entries on the global watchlist.
No warranty
This is a free, single-person-maintained project. It's provided as-is, with no guarantee it'll be available, bug-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Features can change or be removed as the project evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows it, Bench isn't liable for damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the bot or dashboard, including data loss, service interruption, or decisions made based on data the bot shows you (like a watchlist report).
Ending access
A server's admins can remove the bot at any time. We can also restrict or remove a server's or individual's access for abuse, at our discretion.
Changes to these terms
Last updated 2026-07-21. Continuing to use the bot or dashboard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
