Console DayZ, without the copy-paste. Deathmatch, PvP, and a community that builds because it enjoys building.
The intro
Built around one thing
There are a thousand different servers out there doing pretty much the same thing: castle bases, loot rates cranked past reason, PvPvE roleplay wearing a different name. We wanted to build something that isn’t that.
Blackwater DayZ is built around one thing: giving console DayZ players unique, high quality experiences without the bullshit.
We focus on creating servers that feel different from the copy and paste experience you see everywhere else. From custom environments and PvP arenas to completely different styles of combat, everything we build is meant to give players a reason to keep coming back.
Game modes
Not the copy-paste experience
Blackout Deathmatch
A deathmatch experience built around permanent darkness.
The sky stays pitch black, NVGs are essential, and the arena features multiple sniper’s nests for long range fights. Along with a teleport-in boxing ring when you want to settle things with your fists instead.
Why we built itBuilt to answer one question: what happens to a firefight when you take the light away? Hardcore PvP, fought entirely through night vision ; it changes more about the fight than you’d expect.
Dark. Tactical. Unpredictable.Shipment Deathmatch / PvP
Inspired by the legendary Call of Duty: Shipment map.
A much smaller arena designed for constant, CQB style PvP. Spawn in, and get to work. Every container, lane, and corner is another opportunity for a fight.
Why we built itConsole DayZ was missing fast, close-quarters PvP entirely ; the whole team grew up on FPS shooters, and Shipment was always the map everyone kept coming back to. We built the closest thing to it we could get inside DayZ.
Fan-made, inspired by Call of Duty: Shipment. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Activision or Treyarch. Every corner you turn could be your last.Territory Isn’t Found. It’s Taken.
Blackwater’s next project drops the moment DayZ’s Badlands update lands, built entirely on its new map: Nasdara. Exactly how the server runs is still being locked in ; what isn’t up for debate is the goal, an experience that actually engages you instead of another “loot and survive” loop.
The plan: real missions. Real rewards. Actual contracts, not busywork. Private Military Contractors, real factions, fight to control territory across the wasteland. Take it directly, by hitting a rival PMC where they live. Or take it strategically: hold key points, complete contracts, and watch your territory grow without firing a shot.
🛡 What we're about
Blackwater isn’t just another DayZ server. We don’t put out bullshit, we only put out quality servers we ourselves would want to play on.
We build because we enjoy building. We host because we enjoy the community.
Whether you’re here to sweat in Deathmatch, or just want to talk shit in “The Barracks,” you’ve got a place here.
